For over two decades, Bluebird has led the ancient grain movement in the U.S., reintroducing Emmer and Einkorn to American fields and tables. As a vertically integrated farm and processor, Bluebird controls every step from seed to freshly milled flour—producing nutrient-dense, farm-direct grains that nourish both people and the soil. Their regenerative, low-input practices restore soil health, boost biodiversity, and reduce carbon impact—strengthening the region’s food system from the ground up.
