FARM AND RANCH DIRECTORY

Agriculture in the Methow Valley has a rich past and a vibrant future. Historically, the valley floor was dotted with family-run farms. Today, there are many dozens of thriving, small farms still producing livestock, dairy, hay, orchard fruits, grains, and diverse vegetables. Roughly 9,000 of the valley’s privately-owned irrigated and dryland acres are currently used for farming and ranching. This working, agricultural landscape is part of what makes the Methow so special!
