products: We raise grass-fed beef that is hormone, steroid, and anti-biotic free. We sell our steers by the half or whole which are initially processed here on the ranch in a stress free setting.
about us: We have a total of 150 acres of which 130 acres are fenced range and 20 acres are irrigated pasture. Our steers are purchased in the Fall from a couple who specialize raising heifer breeding stock. They are fed organic hay through the winter, turned out on our range in the spring and rotated through our irrigated pastures during the summer.
where to find our products: At present we sell off-the-farm. We arrange the farm slaughter and transportation to the butcher shop for processing to the customers specifications. This is done in the Fall, typically around the first of October.
